How to brew your tea

It is recommended to brew green tea with hot water (60 ° - 90 ° C) for 1-3 minutes. After brewing, the tea infusion can range in color from light green or golden to rather dark and rich green or yellow-green.

Good green tea necessarily has a bright aromatic bouquet, dominated by floral, citrus and herbal aromatic notes. Green tea also contains quite a lot of caffeine, and with prolonged brewing, it can start to taste very bitter.

Correctly prepared green tea has (compared to other teas) a unique content of vitamins, trace elements and nutrients (for example, plant proteins).
